Chances are, your inbox has been filling up with requests for end-of-year donations from various non-profits. While it can be overwhelming, there's a reason why you are getting them all at once.
Year-end contributions play a pivotal role in sustaining the vital work of non-profits like ours. Without a year-end push, the programs and services we plan to offer could be impacted.
As you sift through emails like these, know that supporting DSCC in these ways is appreciated - and needed.
1- DONATE
Financially supporting a non-profit is an easy way to help others. At DSCC more than 80% of every dollar donated directly funds senior services.
If you are unable to donate or volunteer, you can still be a driving force in what we do. Sharing our emails and social media posts, reading articles, and learning more about the challenges facing seniors can motivate others to act.
While issues like social isolation, food insecurity, and loneliness are reaching epidemic proportions among seniors, they rarely reach the top of the news cycle. Your support helps us do what we do.
